Automation Expert Needed to Fix Lead Generation & CRM Automation Workflow
Divine Iweajunwa did an excellent job fixing our lead generation and CRM automation system.
Before working with Divine, our automation was unreliable. Leads were being duplicated, some contacts were not entering the CRM correctly, follow-up messages were not always triggering, and our sales team still had to manually check and update records.
Divine reviewed the entire workflow, found the issues quickly, and fixed the automation logic properly.
He improved our Make.com automation, CRM automation, webhook automation, lead generation automation, sales automation, API integration, and Google Sheets logging.
The biggest improvement was the duplicate lead handling. The system now checks if a contact already exists before creating a new one, which keeps our CRM much cleaner.
He also fixed the follow-up triggers, pipeline stage updates, internal notifications, and error handling.
Communication was clear throughout the project, and he explained each fix in a way that was easy to understand.
