You will get a private AI operations assistant that executes one business workflow
Rising Talent

Project details
You will get one private AI operations assistant built around a real business workflow—not a generic chatbot or an open-ended “AI transformation” promise.
I build and operate agent systems that follow written procedures, use approved tools, preserve an audit trail, require human approval for sensitive actions, and report success or a precise failure. Your pilot can handle a bounded workflow such as inbox triage, job preparation, proposal drafting, task routing, project reporting, document intake, or controlled CRM updates.
We start with one high-value workflow. Depending on your tier, I map it, build a sample-data proof, connect approved systems, add approval points, run acceptance tests, and document ownership and recovery.
The scope is intentionally controlled: one workflow, agreed integrations, defined acceptance tests, and no unrestricted autonomous actions. If the pilot proves useful, you receive a separate phased plan and fixed-price quote for expansion. You own the delivered source files and operating documentation; third-party API and platform charges remain yours.

Excellent experience working with Brian. He was professional, communicative, and easy to work with from start to finish. His responsiveness and commitment to the project were greatly appreciated, and he consistently provided valuable support throughout the engagement. I would gladly work with Brian again and highly recommend him.
About Brian
AI Automation Systems | GoHighLevel, Voice AI, Make & n8n
Buckeye, United States - 11:40 am local time
My strongest fit is an agency or service business that already has demand but needs the technical delivery to work reliably: lead intake, CRM routing, appointment booking, follow-up, reporting, or an AI phone agent that cannot drop the handoff.
WHAT I BUILD AND FIX
• AI agents that take real actions in real systems, with approval gates and audit logs
• GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, calendars, forms, custom fields and webhooks
• Make, n8n and Zapier scenarios with validation, logging and failure alerts
• Retell, Vapi and Twilio AI receptionists with live calendar booking and structured handoff
• Lead-form-to-CRM routing, qualification and owner notifications
• Appointment booking, reminders, no-show recovery and review workflows
• White-label fulfillment for agencies that keep the client relationship
VERIFIED PROOF
My Clearline receptionist has been verified end to end on live calls: caller triage, real calendar availability, a written calendar booking with issue and service address, confirmation SMS, and post-call data extraction. I also have a live Make scenario that validates a webhook, creates the GHL contact, runs structured AI triage, logs the run, rejects invalid payloads, and alerts on caught errors. Both are in my portfolio with recorded walkthroughs.
Recent Upwork work includes a delivered two-site GoHighLevel build with an automated content-to-social bridge that still runs unattended, and a funded three-phase AI operations system I am building now on a client's own hardware — private network only, encrypted at rest, with monitored services that alert his phone the moment anything fails silently.
HOW ENGAGEMENTS START
Bounded rescues and installs start with a written acceptance test, so you know exactly what "done" means before I begin. Multi-phase AI systems are scoped separately and delivered in funded phases, each ending in something you can test yourself, with documentation and a clean handoff.
I do not promise guaranteed revenue or invent client results. I make the technical system work, prove it with test evidence, and show your team how to operate it. I will also tell you when the simpler option is the right one — including when that means building less.
Message me with the tool, the failing handoff, and the result that must be true at acceptance. I will tell you the first thing I would test.
Steps for completing your project
After purchasing the project, send requirements so Brian can start the project.
Delivery time starts when Brian receives requirements from you.
Brian works on your project following the steps below.
Revisions may occur after the delivery date.
Define workflow and acceptance test
I confirm the trigger, boundaries, sample inputs, success criteria, approval gates, and what the assistant must never do.
Design architecture and permissions
I select the smallest reliable stack, map the data flow, and define access, human approval, logging, and rollback.
