Stop reading every email. MailBrief turns Gmail into a private AI digest with summaries, translations, deadlines, payment amounts, and recommended actions.
Analyze multiple messages at once, group them by urgency, open originals in Gmail, and save important items for later. MailBrief keeps read/unread status unchanged and supports nine interface languages.
Privacy is built into the workflow. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, account numbers, and IDs are masked locally before AI processing. Verification-code and password-reset emails are excluded by default. With Private Setup and Custom Workflow, the backend is deployed to your own Cloudflare account and uses your own Gmail and OpenAI credentials. I never ask for your passwords.
