The project required far more micromanaging and step-by-step supervision when hiring a professional to complete the service. I also had to repeatedly follow up, and the work was not completed in a timely manner or at all after several months. I asked him to do more and started another contract because he started strong but after months and neither contract is fulfilled I can not continue to micro manage him.
