You will get a Background Daemon worker that will constantly listen for messages from the message broker and will action those messages. It will ensure that each message is actioned and not lost if there is a crash. Special provisions can be made to queue or limit the rate of message or actions being taken via the daemon. Also the daemon can be coded to sleep during set times of the day so that actions are only performed in selected time periods
