The project was only partially completed, and although the original scope and terms were clearly outlined in the contract, Ammar repeatedly attempted to change the agreed-upon approach, which made it difficult to move forward confidently.
I had to provide very detailed and repeated instructions regarding necessary corrections and edits. On several occasions, I was asked to approve and pay for milestones before the work was fully completed, with assurances that issues would be addressed in later milestones, which I was not comfortable with.
Instead of delivering solutions directly, I was often sent YouTube links or asked to research tools on my own, including programs that ultimately did not have the capability to meet the project requirements.
The project fell more than three months behind schedule and was left unresolved, resulting in my decision to hire another freelancer to complete the work. While I do appreciate what was completed, I wish there had been clearer communication and confirmation that the full scope of the project could be delivered as agreed.
