You will get a Python script that merges, splits or compresses your PDFs in bulk

Project details
If you handle PDFs by hand, one file at a time, this replaces that.
Send me a folder of files and tell me what should happen to them. I write you a Python script that does it to all of them at once: merge in a set order, split by page ranges, compress, rotate, reorder pages, export pages as PNG or JPG, or convert Word documents to PDF.
You get the script, a readme with the exact command to run, and a log of what was processed and what was skipped. One damaged file gets skipped instead of taking the whole run down with it.
It runs on your machine. Nothing is uploaded anywhere.
I have already built this as a full desktop app for my own use, so most of the logic exists and is tested. Your version gets shaped to your files and your naming.
If what you want is a two line change in a free tool, I will tell you that before you buy.

About Luka
Python Data Pipelines & LLM Workflows | Native Slovenian, EU/CET
Maribor, Slovenia - 12:43 am local time
What I deliver:
• Web scraping with Playwright: product listings, prices, directories, contact data, exported to CSV, Excel or JSON
• Browser automation: form filling, monitoring, scheduled jobs that run without you
• API integrations and small internal tools built with Flask or FastAPI
Recent work includes a fitness analytics dashboard built on a REST API with 125 automated tests, a shipped desktop PDF utility, and scrapers with retry logic and logging instead of fragile one-off scripts.
How I work: we agree on scope before I start, you get progress updates without asking, and I deliver on time. I'm in Slovenia (CET), so EU clients get me in real time and US East Coast mornings overlap with my afternoons.
Send me the site or the task. I'll reply the same day with a plan and a fixed price.
Steps for completing your project
After purchasing the project, send requirements so Luka can start the project.
Delivery time starts when Luka receives requirements from you.
Luka works on your project following the steps below.
Revisions may occur after the delivery date.
I check your samples and confirm the scope
I open your files, confirm the task is possible as described, and tell you straight away if anything will not work or if a free tool already does it.
I build the script
I write it against your real files rather than made up ones, with settings pulled into a config file where that makes sense.
