You need data from a website - listings, prices, catalog entries, public records - and you need it as a spreadsheet, repeatedly, without doing it by hand. I write a Python script that collects it and outputs a clean CSV with consistent columns. You get the script, so it is yours to run whenever you want. How I build it so it does not break the first time the site changes: selectors are written against stable page structure, not against styling that changes on every redesign; failed rows are logged rather than dropped, so a partial run never looks like a complete one; and requests are rate-limited by default, so the script stays polite to the source. I only collect information that is already public and that the source permits to be collected. If a site does not allow it, I will tell you before you order rather than after.
