Gan style transfer for photos to be toon style
I presented the freelancer with a cartoon gan I had done. We agreed that he would try different models. When I showed him what I wanted I figured he knew what he was doing and would setup or at least present me with a method that brought out results. Instead he just looked up different GIT repositories and ran them. I had originally done that myself. I was really disappointed in this.
