Unfortunately, my experience working with this freelancer was disappointing.
We initially agreed on a fixed price for the project, and I later opened an hourly contract under the assumption that the number of logged hours would match the agreed fixed amount. However, the freelancer logged significantly more hours than what was discussed, effectively exceeding the original agreement.
