You will get great bug reports as writing a easy bug report is one of my USP as typically developers can easily understand the bug after going through the report and I do have experience tracking issues in JIRA/ Google Sheets or Excel sheets. I do attach required details like mobile app logs, browser console logs and complete steps/ environment details.
Another deliverable would include testing tracker which would give your graphical view of how much testing is performed and how many test scenarios are failed. There will be another graph to represent issues reported and current status of those. Of course, you can drill down into the details of those graph.
If needed, I can also perform mobile as well as responsive testing with or without tools like Browserstack.
