I build fast, responsive Next.js landing pages that are ready to launch and indexed correctly. You’ll get a one-page site with a clean layout (Tailwind), a contact/lead form, and technical SEO basics: title/meta, Open Graph/Twitter cards, canonical, robots.txt, sitemap.xml, and optional JSON-LD.
I focus on performance (Lighthouse ≥ 90 desktop), accessibility, and a smooth handoff (Vercel deployment + GitHub PR and a short Loom walkthrough).
What I need from you: goal & audience, 2–3 reference sites, logo/colors/fonts (or I propose defaults), copy/images (or placeholders), and where the form submits (email/API).
Revisions per tier are for small visual/content tweaks; new sections/features can be added via add-ons.
