Introducing a simple script I've programmed that you can easily add to your website to calculate your daily calorie intake and how to divide it during Ramadan while fasting and exercising. Simply enter your weight in kilograms, the nature of your activity, the duration of your fast, and the time of your iftar, and the script will automatically calculate:

The necessary daily calorie intake.
The required calorie intake at iftar.
The division of meals into specific times ensures proper digestion and avoids overeating.
Precise calculation of each meal to ensure the daily calorie intake is met.
Examples of foods that can provide the required calories.
The page is designed to be responsive on all devices (mobile, tablet, computer, etc.).
The design features a beautiful Ramadan template with an animated lantern.
