Paperless-NGX Setup on Hetzner VPS – Docker, SSL, IMAP, Scanner Integration
Gerrit hat ein komplexes Paperless-NGX Dokumentenmanagementsystem von Grund auf aufgebaut – professioneller, zuverlässiger und schneller als erwartet.
Das Projekt umfasste: Hetzner VPS Setup mit Docker, SSL, Nginx, Server-Härtung (UFW, fail2ban, SSH-Port), vollständige Paperless-NGX Installation mit 47 Tags, 36 Korrespondenten und 34 Dokumenttypen, Anbindung von 3 IMAP-Konten, Integration von 2 ScanSnap-Scannern an unterschiedlichen Standorten via rsync/SSH, verschlüsseltes Backup auf Hetzner Storage Box mit restic inkl. erfolgreich getriestetem Restore, sowie vollständige Betriebsdokumentation auf Deutsch.
