Restore website II
Steve modestly charges less than he's worth, frankly, as he's both technically skilled and a great communicator. I had a high-pressure website outage, and I struggled a bit to get him the proper login credentials so he could work on the website. He was patient but quick once I provided him the information, and he provided clear communications throughout.
