Overall, this was a successful and positive collaboration.
The team quickly understood both the technical requirements and the business logic behind the product. As is often the case in real-world projects, there were some timeline adjustments — partly on their side, partly on mine — and we also encountered a few practical challenges during the payment gateway integration and the final bug-fixing phase.
What really made the difference was the hands-on involvement and strong competence of the team lead (Deep Jag himself). He was consistently engaged, proactive, and demonstrated a solid understanding of both the technical and product aspects of the project. This level of ownership was crucial in bringing the project to a proper and successful completion, even with a project manager in place.
In the end, we delivered the product successfully, and I’m satisfied with the overall outcome and collaboration. I would definitely recommend this team and would be happy to work with them again on future projects.

AstroSphere App - Develop an astrology-as-a-service app for both iOS and Android.
