What I really liked was the ownership he took. Whenever there was an issue, he did not just highlight it, he came with solutions and kept things moving. Because of that, we were able to close everything smoothly.
Also learned a lot from him, especially how process-oriented someone can be. With the projections and structure he followed, he did a really solid job.
