Syed is very friendly and humorous. Great salesman.
He will do the work in the easiest way to give you exactly what you asked for, but not in a useful, common-sense way for the end user, then pressure you to pay him.
Then he will spend as much time as he needs wasting your time explaining how he was right to do what he did in the way he did it, which is a logical argument, for an engineer, not an end user. Ironically, all of this time could have been used to provide value instead of excuses. In other words, he'd rather spend his time typing up a short novel, arguing, instead of using that time to make things right.
If you work with him, you need to follow these instructions:
BE VERY SPECIFIC ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE ASKING FOR.
LEAVE NO ROOM FOR ERROR OR MISINTERPRETATION.
DO NOT PAY HIM UNTIL YOU HAVE REVIEWED ALL OF HIS WORK.
Not saying he's a bad contractor. I just had a bad experience and want to make sure no one else makes the same mistakes I did. Good luck!
