The work was partially done, but in a very rushed and unprofessional way.
The developer constantly pressured me to release milestones, even when the deliverables were incomplete or not properly tested.
Communication was extremely difficult ā I always provided detailed feedback and explanations, while most of his replies were short and dismissive (āokā, ācoolā), showing a lack of engagement and professionalism.
Looking at his public profile, several past clients faced similar issues, with feedback removed after disputes or refunds ā which reflects a recurrent pattern of unfinished work and client dissatisfaction.
I want to be fair: I already approved and paid the first two milestones without hesitation, acknowledging that some parts were done.
However, considering the missing core features, the improvised integrations, the delays, and the lack of professionalism, I cannot approve the final milestone.
This is not a refund request for the previous payments ā only a cancellation of the last milestone, as the work delivered does not meet the agreed standard of quality.
