This project initially experienced delays and constant setbacks, often because the developer began work about five hours later than the team’s sign-off schedule. This caused communication difficulties and complications, resulting in multiple missed deadlines.
However, the contractor eventually got back in touch and made the necessary corrections to complete the work. Although the process was not entirely smooth, I appreciate the effort to resolve the issues in the end. The resolution was acceptable, and the delivered code quality was good.
