Krunal was our technical lead/architect across many projects and several generations of our tech stack, and somewhere along the way he stopped feeling like a contractor and started feeling like a partner in the business.
He architected a custom learning platform to replace a sprawl of separate WordPress LMS sites, and it became the backbone of how we delivered every course we ran. He built a centralized admin hub across our sub-brands, with a visual page builder, scheduling links and A/B split testing. When our helpdesk system got too expensive, he researched the alternatives, recommended an open source tool, configured it, and then used AI-assisted coding to write a custom sync module that carried every historical ticket, saved reply and mailbox across intact.
