The Freelancer is very knowledge with what they do however there were so many errors in the work and they tried to have me pay them to fix the errors that I originally paid them to do. I refused because that was the original job. They did not disclose that any of this would happen. More accountability instead of blame these were your errors so me asking to have them fix I was made to seem like I am the problem this is what I was told "This is the reason why support team exists for products and saas services, more error will popup as more users test, you cannot just contact me everytime saying that your code is not working and get me fixed. Such big files have lot of internal dependencies and things will go wrong as not everything is full proof from start. I will fix this issue but please note that any issue ahead will need to be paid" This was their response to me mind you I pad them to do what they did wrong so why pay again to fix YOUR ERROR.
