He delivered a strong match rate on mobile numbers and went beyond basic enrichment by performing a thorough DNC scrub across Federal, State, DMA, and TCPA litigator databases. The final dataset was well-structured, including a clear “best phone” column, color-coded call status, and litigator flags making it immediately usable for outreach while maintaining compliance standards.
Communication was smooth, turnaround was efficient, and the level of detail in the output showed strong understanding of both data quality and practical use in a calling environment.
