This sprint compresses that learning into two weeks, at a fraction of the cost of an internal build, and gives you a working artifact your engineering team can take into production.

I run this engagement solo. You work directly with the person doing the architecture and the code. No account managers, no junior handoffs.

What you get at the end of week 2:

A working prototype running against your real data, not toy examples

An evaluation framework that measures accuracy, latency, and cost per request

A written architecture document with vendor recommendations, trade offs, and the parts I would do differently if you were scaling tomorrow
