Built and helped lead the technical direction of a self-service HR platform for a German company, replacing a staff-heavy process with a customer-facing product that let HR teams create and launch recruitment campaigns themselves. Darvesh AI — Custom RAG Platform
Built a full-stack RAG application over roughly 6,000 source documents using a custom Python retrieval engine. The platform delivers grounded answers with inline citations, exact source passages, full articles, conversational memory, chat history, and controlled sharing. In my testing for this use case, it delivered faster and more relevant answers than the Google Vertex AI and Morphik implementations I tested.
