As someone who already has a lot of experience fixing PC's and maintaining them, I was pleased with Andrew's work. He normally starts by checking hardware but after I explained to him that it was most likely a driver-related issue, he did a quick check and confirmed I was correct. He found the problem almost effortlessly. His tools are very sophisticated. I didn't want to bring my PC into the local shop because god knows when they'll actually do the repair and when I'll actually get my PC back, and if they don't fix it I still have to pay them. So, not only was Andrew's services cheaper than the local guys, he is also way more efficient.

Setup Remote Zoom Connect Session
This is the time where I'll meet with you over Zoom, introduce myself and setup my remote connection tools
Remotely Connect via Teamviewer
Once the tools and software have been setup, I'll remotely connect to your computer and upload my repair toolset. This is a temporary connection and once I'm done, I'll no longer have access to your computer.
