Project details
You will get a usability test by someone experienced doing reviews for large organizations. In case of the Budget option I will use my own experience to provide recommendations on how to improve. The Standard and Advanced will be focused on a number of scenario's that will be tested with actual users. This will result in a user journey map that indicates the problem areas in a user flow.
You will also receive the test result document that indicates the usability issues with severity and possible solutions.
A questionnaire will be filled out by the test participants that will give us the current usability score of the website or application.
