Hi, I'm Gustavo.

I've spent over 10 years building and shipping production web and mobile products, and the last several years specifically inside healthcare. I've led engineering on HIPAA-compliant platforms in radiology, medication management, and clinical workflow tooling. That includes greenfield regulated builds (zero to production), Azure and AWS security assessments, EMR integration work, and infrastructure hardening.

I've also led engineering teams across multiple products, which is the part of the CTO role that most non-technical founders actually need help with first: hiring and evaluating engineers, scoping work realistically, and translating business goals into a technical roadmap your team can deliver.
