You will get a completely custom web application with both frontend and backend, database and with support for users\registrations and billing (payment processing).
If required, the application can have integrations with external services using API and can even provide its own API with documentation - so it could allow other people to create their own integrations with your web app.
If required, I could get additional help to speed up the development process, as well as manage\maintain the project after its release.
The app could generate reports, send emails, support data import\export for different formats (e.g. CSV) if that is required - among many other things, depending on your requirements.
