Freelancer has the skills i guess to code but lacks the creativity. Freelancer has no creativity and lacks the skills to make stunning pages. All his work is very basic and wouldn't hire again. The website he left me with looks NOTHING like any of the work in his portfolio. I am very disappointed in wasting my money and WILL NOT hire him again.
