Website Crawler Needed
Md Azim was respectful and willing to work. He said he would deliver the links in a certain amount of time, and was not able to do that. I think this job was outside of his level of expertise, and there was some false promises that were made. He failed to mention that he works with a team, and that was not disclosed until after he was already working on this project. I ended up telling him to stop halfway through the project, since I noticed there were already errors in what he was delivering. There were spelling errors, as well as errors in the information of some of the data we needed. He did offer to fix them, and was able to fix some of it, but not all. I didn't want to keep going back and forth, so I will be fixing the rest of the spreadsheet, which will take me extra time. I recommend he give more honesty about the work he is able to produce, and that he does not work alone. I hope this helps with communication and expectations.
