In many of my previous experiences, the client doesn't want to spend much on the database and servers.
So here I came up with a solution to use google sheets as a database. I this technique the web app is directly integrated with google sheets using google app script.
All the data inside your google sheets will be live on the website. You can also update and delete the data in google sheets using the web app.
For more complex projects including file uploads, I will use google drive that. The files can easily be compressed and uploaded through the website without any complications.
The Hosting problem -
No there will be absolutely NO hosting problems. The web app will be so simple that it can even be hosted on your own google drive, Yes I can teach you that!
