Your customers are already messaging you. They ask the same eleven questions, they ask them at ten at night, and the reply comes the next morning if somebody remembers.
This answers them where they already are.
The bot works from your own content: your prices, your hours, your policies, your service list. It does not improvise. When the answer is not in what you gave it, it says so and offers a person, because a bot that invents an opening time costs you more than no bot at all.
Booking is where it earns its price. Availability gets checked against your real calendar, the slot gets held, the confirmation goes out, and the reminder fires before the appointment.
Handover to a human is built in from the start rather than bolted on. Anything sensitive, angry or unusual goes to a person with the full conversation attached, so the customer never has to repeat themselves.
