Terrible. I cannot recommend Kamran from this agency. Nice guy but not skilled in design work. RUN
I had to provide extensive creative direction and ultimately create many of the banner concepts myself because the original designs did not meet the required standard. Despite numerous revisions, there were repeated execution issues, including distorted product images and poor attention to detail.
Several agreed deliverables were not completed, including the survey pop-up, website collection tiles and I was never provided with the final design files.
Overall, the amount of time, revisions, and involvement required from my side defeated the purpose of hiring a designer.
