Hani was excellent. She did exactly what she said she could do. I hired her to optimize my site's speed. She took it from a 57 on mobile to an 88 and from a 77 on desktop to a 98. My site is heavily customized, with a ton of product images, and she did it without breaking anything. It operates just as it did when she started on it - but just a heck of a lot faster. I will definitely use Hani again for any future needs.

When I first hired this freelancer, she gave me a pretty good summary of what the strategy and next steps will be. Then my first meeting was with a completely different group of people, which had no idea of what I had received and were making completely separate recommendations. Which means the company is either impersonating or using a fake profile to submit bids. I told them it was not what I wanted, and that I wanted what was originally proposed. Nevertheless, they went ahead and did something else entirely. When they finally tried to implement what I requested, they completely messed up the pricing structure of the store, products and bundles. Stay away from this scammers. They are improvising and don't know what they're doing,
