You will have work done on your existing AWS Lambda applications.
A basic fix requires 2 hours or less and is enough to check the configuration of your application to fix simple issues. If the application is not already sending logs to CloudFront, we will set this up for easy debugging.
An intermediate fix normally requires a half day or more to determine what is going on and make an existing AWS Lambda application perform as expected. There's enough time to address issues in the application code, so this is also a suitable tier for making small changes and upgrades to code.
Advanced fixes take between 1 and 3 days. These are more involved fixes where an existing Lambda function needs to be redeveloped or new code has to be added to make significant changes. Lambdas are normally part of a larger application on AWS and this tier is ideal for situations which may require dealing with the Lambda as well as other AWS products in the application.

STEP2: Log configuration and bug search
AWS uses CloudFront for error logs which are essential to debugging. If this is not set up already, this is the first step. I will then seek to recreate the issue and determine the solution. Clear-cut changes and fixes can be done instantly.
