- A conversion-analytics tool that tracks clicks, mouse movement, and scroll depth on any website, builds heatmaps, and generates a data-backed report with concrete conversion hypotheses. It ships with roughly 300 unit tests and 90 automation tests, plus documentation an independent AI model graded 8.4 out of 10. Nothing ships until the tests pass. Tech: Next.js, React, Node.js, Neon Postgres, Playwright, Vercel.
- An A/B-testing simulator, built as three connected apps (Shop, Coach, and Student), that lets PMs practice the full experimentation loop: hypothesis, test, result, review. It runs a mock store seeded with real conversion problems to fix. Tech: Next.js App Router, PostgreSQL/JSONB, cookie-based auth, Vercel.
- (In progress) A visit-preparation tool for healthcare. Patients photograph printed medical documents with their phone, the app reads the key fields (doctor, date, clinic, type) for them to confirm, then shares a chosen set with a doctor through a secure, expiring link the patient can revoke at any time. Access controls are real: private storage, unguessable tokens, and revocation enforced server-side on every request, not hidden in the UI. In architecture and early build.
"Is this just another product that breaks after a minute?" Fair question. The answer is in how I build: tests first, docs always, and a product I would put my own name on.
Background across domains: automotive, finance, retail, and document management, with clients worldwide. Before this, I worked on checkout and growth across 9 European markets at Autohero, and helped launch a new business line at VavaCars. Earlier, I owned product in regulated, high-stakes domains: SEC reporting platforms used by public companies, a hedge fund data platform, and compliance tooling.
