That is where I put an AI step in the loop, and where the automation stops being plumbing and starts saving real hours.
You get a working flow in n8n, Zapier or Make, connecting your tools, with a Claude API step doing the judgment and webhook handlers wherever the off-the-shelf connector falls short. Built to fail safely: retries, error branches, and a clear log of what happened.
Typical builds: a lead arrives and is scored, enriched and routed. A ticket is summarized, tagged and posted to the right channel. A form reply is drafted and queued for one-click approval.
