Zendesk Guide - need assistance creating a draft theme and updating templates

Rey showed me a beautiful product but then left with me a code that was only the front end and not the database. It was only a pretty screen. I showed another developer and he had to remake the whole project and i had to pay for it because it was only a screen. It was clear he was working on many projects at once. He has me to send the money often, and everything was out of scope. He may work well with others which is why i gave 2 stars. I wish him luck on his upwork journey.
