My roles have ranged from hands-on execution to leading large, distributed groups and launching programs that required both strategic thinking and day-to-day follow-through.

As a social scientist, I have focused on human relationships and the inner workings of the mind. Over time, I’ve moved from understanding why people behave the way they do to applying that insight in real organizational settings by designing systems that support clearer communication, healthier collaboration, and better decision-making.
