I will build an AI knowledge-base chatbot trained on your documents, website pages, FAQs, help centre, or business data.
The chatbot will use retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to find relevant information and generate clear, source-backed answers instead of relying only on the AI model’s general knowledge.
Depending on your package, the solution may include multiple knowledge sources, branded chat UI, source citations, lead capture, conversation history, analytics, human escalation, API integrations, website embedding, and deployment support.
I will review your use case, organise and process the supplied content, build the retrieval system, integrate the selected AI model, test realistic questions, and prepare the chatbot for handover.
AI API usage, hosting, vector database charges, and paid third-party subscriptions are not included and remain the client’s responsibility.

I've worked as a UX/UI designer on products for companies including Amway, SBI Cards, VI, and BankersKlub, handling user research, wireframing, prototyping, and interface design.
