This project delivers a custom AI system that automatically analyzes real software codebases and generates accurate, role-specific Jira tickets. It is designed for engineering teams that want to reduce manual planning, improve ticket quality, and speed up delivery.
The system ingests GitHub repositories and optional PRDs, parses source code at the AST level using Tree-sitter, and combines this with LLM reasoning (GPT-4 or Claude) to produce precise backend, frontend, database, and QA tasks. A hybrid code-parsing and AI architecture is used to minimize hallucinations and ensure tickets reflect real dependencies and complexity.
The solution supports multi-language codebases (Python, JavaScript, Java), builds dependency insights, and integrates directly with Jira through secure APIs. Delivery includes a deployment-ready FastAPI service, documented source code, and setup instructions.
