A 1-3 week pilot that extracts fields from contracts, reports, tables, or scans and routes them through human review with confidence scores, validation rules, and structured export. Sample analysis, field dictionary, OCR or structure recognition, field extraction with confidence scores and an exception queue, human review with change tracking, and field-level evaluation against an agreed reference set. You define the data-handling rules and target output format.
