Built a real-time operations dashboard for a logistics company to monitor 18 drivers and 42 active routes across three depots. Using Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and TypeScript, I developed the complete full-stack solution with WebSocket-powered live updates, delivering real-time data to the dashboard with automatic reconnection and no page refresh.
The platform allows operations teams to track driver status, route progress, depot activity, and delivery delays in real time. It also includes role-based access control, instant alerts for GPS issues, delays, and fuel warnings, along with a responsive interface optimized for day-to-day operations. The application was deployed on Vercel, and the complete source code was handed over after project completion.
