Project details

Added an AI layer on top of an existing Metabase BI setup for a logistics company. The client's team spent hours writing manual SQL queries to answer one-off business questions. Built a natural language query interface powered by an LLM that translates plain English questions into SQL, executes them, and returns a formatted answer with a chart. Also added anomaly detection on their daily shipment data — the system flags unusual patterns (delivery delays, volume spikes) and sends an alert to Slack before the team notices manually.
