Proposal for AI-Powered Customer Support Chatbot Development
I’ve worked with over 27 clients in the past 5 years (Fiverr profile: romancs2786), with 4 ongoing subscription-based clients since 2021. Recently, I started a SaaS chatbot project—users could subscribe and customize it for their websites.
I hired Jeremi after a meeting where he presented himself as experienced and professional. He accepted the contract but immediately claimed the scope was too big, even though nothing had changed. I offered to cancel, but he insisted on continuing.
Soon after, he began requesting full payment before delivering anything. Despite my hesitation, I released the payment based on his promises. He then disappeared for a week, citing health issues, and eventually sent me random, empty files unrelated to the project.
In the end, it was clear the project was beyond his abilities, and I lost valuable time and money.
Advice: Do not release payment until you receive actual work. Be cautious—Jeremi talks like a pro but couldn’t deliver even basic results. I won't stop anyone to hire him, but you will see and I know how he will respond to this feedback, by putting false evidences and all, but you will see it by yourself : Hire Him. Highly Recommended
