The bot answers FAQ using OpenAI, maintains conversation memory via a data store, and dynamically collects customer information during interaction. Based on predefined scoring rules, it calculates a lead score in real time and classifies users into hot, warm, or cold segments.
Leads are processed through Make and stored in Airtable.
Hot leads: instantly forwarded to a manager with structured data
Warm leads: receive automated email follow-ups
Cold leads: stored for future analysis
Additionally, the bot proactively engages users by suggesting relevant products, promotions, and financing options (e.g., installments), aiming to increase conversion probability and lead quality.
