You will get an AI agent to run one of your business process, end to end.
Rising Talent

Project details
Some of the most important jobs in your business belong to nobody. Nobody chases the invoices. Nobody follows up the overnight leads. Nobody checks the reports.
I build AI agents that take one of those jobs and run it end to end, inside the systems you already use. Not a chatbot, and not a demo. Something that does the work every day and hands back the result.
Every agent I build has a human approval step wherever money, commitments or client communication are involved. Automation without a gate is how you end up cleaning up a mess.
WHERE THESE WORK BEST
Sales follow-up, enquiry qualification, invoicing and chasing, quoting, onboarding, reporting, intake, and the handoffs between two systems that somebody currently does by hand.

Business Process Automation review of one manual workflow
Asked for a review of one manual workflow and got a detailed answer, including which parts were not worth automating. That candour was 20X the fee on its own. Simon explained the reasoning in plain language rather than jargon and gave a realistic sense of effort. Delivered ahead of time. Recommended.

AI Strategy session: help us work out where to start with AI
Clear, practical AI strategy session. Simon spent the first half asking about how the business actually runs rather than talking about tools, which is what made the second half useful. We came away with a realistic 90 day sequence instead of a wish list. The follow up note was short and to the point. Good communication throughout.

AI Automation Opportunity Review for a services business
Booked Simon for a short consultation on where to start with AI automation and got far more out of it than expected. He asked better questions than we did and pushed back on the process we assumed was the obvious one to fix, with a clear reason. The written summary afterwards was concise and actually usable. Straightforward to work with and no overselling. Would hire again.

🔹 𝟳 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 leading AI automation and AI strategy delivery as founder of Flowstate
🔹 𝟮𝟬 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 in product and operations before this
"Within six months, our team was spending less time on manual work and more time on the things that actually drive growth." Farouk Ismail, CEO, Pay Later Travel, on the AI automation and AI agent systems we built for them. That AI automation programme returned 1,438% on what they invested in it.
Here is what I have learned running AI automation projects. Most technical people jump straight to the build, because building is what they are good at, and nobody stops to ask whether that was the right problem to solve. My background is product management and engineering, so I size the problem before anyone writes a workflow. That is the difference between AI automation that is still running in a year and AI automation that gets switched off in month three.
Recent AI automation and AI strategy work.
🔹 𝗥𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽, Sydney. AI automation of property enrichment, over 100 hours a week returned.
🔹 𝗣𝗮𝘆 𝗟𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗹, Sydney. AI agent systems across their go-to-market.
🔹 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝘆, Sydney. AI automation closing the gap between client acquisition and candidate delivery.

🔹 AI strategy and AI automation roadmaps. An AI strategy scored against where you stand now, a prioritised 90 day plan, and a straight answer on what to automate first.
🔹 AI agent development. AI agent builds and AI automation that own a process end to end, with a human approval step, inside the systems you already run.
🔹 Business process automation. Invoicing, reconciliation, quoting, onboarding, intake and reporting. I cost the manual process in hours, then build the AI automation for the part that pays.
🔹 AI workers for a named job. A library of 100+ AI agent roles, each one an AI automation across sales, finance, operations, client success and HR.
🔹 Fractional AI leadership. Senior AI strategy and AI automation ownership without the full-time hire.
🔹 AI automation inside your stack. Xero, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, n8n and Make.
🔹 AI strategy training, so your team runs the AI agent after handover.
𝗪𝗛𝗢 𝗜 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛
🔹 Owners and executives who write the AI automation brief.
🔹 Businesses carrying real operational load, usually $1M or more in turnover, and 15 or more staff for the AI strategy and AI automation work.
🔹 Professional services, financial services, property, insurance, construction, healthcare administration, logistics and manufacturing, where AI automation gives back the most hours.
The best AI agent projects start with a job nobody owns, not a tool to configure.
𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗜𝗧 𝗥𝗨𝗡𝗦
🔹 First I find where the hours go. A structured look at your processes and your stack, which produces an AI maturity score, an AI strategy on one page, and a ranked list of AI automation opportunities.
🔹 Then I build one AI automation, usually inside a week, inside the systems you already use.
🔹 Then we measure that AI automation in hours returned to your team, not in features shipped, and move to the next AI automation on the ranked list.
🎯 If a process eats hours every week and you are not sure whether it needs AI automation, an AI agent, or just deleting, send me the detail and I will tell you which, and what it saves.
Steps for completing your project
After purchasing the project, send requirements so Simon can start the project.
Delivery time starts when Simon receives requirements from you.
Simon works on your project following the steps below.
Revisions may occur after the delivery date.
Process mapping
We agree the trigger, the systems involved and what a correct output looks like, including the edge cases.
Build and test
I build the agent, wire in error handling, logging and the approval step, then test it against your real cases.
