Project details

I build AI agents that complete multi-step work on their own - not chatbots that answer one question and stop. LangChain, OpenAI and Claude, wired into the tools your business already uses.

A chatbot replies. An agent plans, calls your tools, checks its own output, and retries when something fails. That difference is where most AI projects quietly break.

WHAT YOU GET
 • An agent that runs a real workflow end to end: reading data, calling APIs, writing results back
 • Tool calling wired into your existing systems (CRM, database, email, internal APIs)
 • Self-correcting loops that retry instead of failing silently
 • Structured outputs bound to a schema, so bad generations fail loudly
 • Guardrails and a human review step before anything reaches production
 • Full source code, documentation and a handover call

WHY IT WORKS
Most agent projects fail on reliability, not capability. Anything demos well once. I build the eval set first, so we both know when it is actually working - you get numbers, not a vibe.

Technical Lead, 5+ years in production. Built RAG pipelines with LangChain and Pinecone, and cut OpenAI costs ~30% with prompt caching.

Most AI features look impressive in a demo and break the moment real customers touch them. I build the kind that doesn't.

I'm a Technical Lead and full-stack developer with 5+ years shipping production software. I lead a team of engineers by day and take on select client work — so you get someone who has actually run systems at scale, not just built demos.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

NOT TECHNICAL? START HERE.

You don't need to know what any of the words below mean. Here's what I actually do for you:

• Build the thing you're describing — a website, web app, internal tool or customer portal — and get it live.
• Add AI that's genuinely useful: a chatbot that answers from YOUR documents instead of making things up, or automation that does a repetitive job your team does by hand.
• Fix what's broken — slow pages, payments failing, an AI feature giving wrong answers, a developer who disappeared mid-project.
• Explain everything in plain English. No jargon, no talking down to you, no surprise invoices.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
• A straight answer within 24 hours: what I'd do, what I'd build first, what it costs — before you commit a penny.
• Progress you can see every few days, not a three-week silence ending in a surprise.
• Nothing new breaks what's already working.
• Everything handed over documented and owned by you. Any developer can pick it up after me — you're never locked to me.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

TECHNICAL? HERE'S THE DETAIL.

AI & LLM ENGINEERING
RAG pipelines with LangChain and FAISS/Pinecone; chunking strategy and relevance thresholds tuned on real content. Multi-step agents with tool/function calling, self-correcting loops and evals. Structured JSON outputs bound to a schema so bad generations fail at the boundary. Prompt-level caching — cut OpenAI API costs ~30% on a production system. OpenAI, Anthropic Claude and Gemini APIs.

FULL-STACK
React, Next.js, TypeScript, Redux on the front end. Node.js, Express and NestJS APIs. PostgreSQL and MongoDB — schema design, compound indexing, aggregation pipelines (took key endpoints from ~4s to under 300ms). Redis caching and pub/sub for multi-instance deployments. Stripe subscriptions with idempotent webhook handling. JWT with refresh-token rotation, OAuth2.

INFRASTRUCTURE & QA
AWS (EC2, S3, RDS) with load balancing and auto-scaling. Docker, GitHub Actions, CI/CD. Selenium and Puppeteer end-to-end suites that run in CI. Web scraping and structured data extraction at scale.

HOW I WORK
Branch per task, PR with a written description of what changed and how I verified it — repro steps, not "works on my machine." I use Claude Code and Cursor daily, but I read every diff before it ships. The tooling speeds up typing, not judgement.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Send me your repo, a Figma link, or just a paragraph on what's broken. Within 24 hours I'll come back with how I'd approach it, what I'd build first, and what I think it costs — before you've committed to anything. If the plan is useful, we start. If it isn't, you've lost nothing and you keep the plan.

Steps for completing your project

After purchasing the project, send requirements so Shuja can start the project.

Delivery time starts when Shuja receives requirements from you.

Shuja works on your project following the steps below.

Revisions may occur after the delivery date.

Scope and eval set

We map the workflow end to end and agree the 10 real cases that define success. This becomes the eval set we measure against, so done is a number rather than an opinion.

Build the agent loop

Planning, tool calling and structured outputs, wired into your systems. You see a working agent running real cases early, not a demo at the end.

Review the work, release payment, and leave feedback to Shuja.
