Background: I recently built and deployed an internal RAG platform at a cybersecurity firm, used daily by 70+ consultants — multiple specialized assistants, curated knowledge bases, and an automated pipeline that keeps documentation up to date.
What you get: a working assistant over your documents, built on OpenWebUI (self-hostable, no vendor lock-in) or your preferred stack, with prompt engineering adjusted to your use case and a clean handoff. The Standard tier includes 15 days of post-delivery support; Advanced includes 30 days.
Typical use cases: internal knowledge assistant for your team; support documentation Q&A; onboarding assistant; policy and process lookup.
Not included: hosting costs, LLM API usage fees, document digitization (scanned documents need OCR — quoted separately), or scope changes after kickoff. If you're not sure which tier fits, message me first and I'll help you scope it.
